We offer 30 day Return Period. We take pride in offering the best customer service possible therefore we want to make sure you are completely happy with your order otherwise we will issue replacement or refund depending on the issue within 30 days of purchase.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know by emailing us at shonenvillage@gmail.com and we will provide a replacement or refund as preferred.

Customers will Not be responsible for paying return shipping costs everything will be covered on our end.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page or emailing us at shonenvillage@gmail.com

*On holidays we offer 45 day return period. From dates Dec 19th – Jan 2nd we will accept returns and replacements for 45 days.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Shonen Village Inc. are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

We offer Free 19-40 day Shipping and an option on EXPRESS 7-15 Day shipping

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If your order is taking too long to get a tracking number you can contact us at shonenvillage@gmail.com we will do our best to help you out!

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
